Imagine Instore hotlines are staffed by highly trained operators who will answer queries about cosmetic displays, in store displays and retailers and brand cosmetic estate. All calls are recorded directly into the EMIII and range from reporting maintenance issues, tester orders and spare part requests.

The call centre receives over 600 calls a week through the numerous hotline services operated. Merchandisers, Beauty Assistants and Store Managers who make contact with the call centre are provided with accurate and important information with regards to their cosmetic estate simply from the data systems.

The Imagine Instore hotline service is uniquely tailored to both retailers and brand requirements offering a highly bespoke method for information to be reported and most importantly captured to ensure each query is effectively dealt with.
